Our little Cinco de Mayo baby just turned 3!  I can hardly believe it!  She is such a sweet, smart, and funny kid, and I am so incredibly blessed to get to be her mom.  Happy Birthday Audrey!  We LOVE you!

Andrew and I ran our first 5K this weekend, and it was so much fun!  The race benefitted Water for the World, which is an organization close to our hearts.  We were also able to train and run with two other couples from our small group, which made the whole experience more fun!

I am content to hang up my running shoes now, but Andrew is planning on continuing to run farther distances…10K, 1/2 marathon, marathon…who knows!

Easter 2011

We spent Easter weekend here at home, and my sister, Elizabeth, was able to come and visit us.  It was SO much fun having her here!

We dyed Easter eggs…so fun!  Audrey loved it this year, while Elise enjoyed smashing the eggs into the table and cracking all the shells.  I guess that’s why you hard boil them first.

We got to go to the first church services at Gwinnett Church for Good Friday and Easter services.  It was amazing, and SO exciting to have a church so close to our house!

The girls loved their Easter baskets, and also loved hunting for Easter eggs in our back yard.

Overall, an amazing weekend, and made me so thankful for my God who loved us enough to give his Son for us, and thankful for the family that he has blessed me with.
